THE INNER CIRCLE, is a one-hour drama set in Detroit, Michigan, centering on the lives of rehab patients at an in-patient addiction recovery program. Lives spin in and out of control in the dangerous city as the battle with recovery proves to be just a difficult as the battle with addiction.
